Brag on yourself. Name 11 things you did in ‘11 that you’re proud of.
I’ll start…
1. Traveled to Venice in May for the 2nd time and got the money shot several times ~ as I took about 1,600 photos in 4 days of shooting, have plenty of inspiration ammunition to get 2012 off to a great start!
2. Lost a pants size from biking & swimming at my fancy & expensive but totally worth it ~ Cherry Creek Athletic Club, of which includes swimming an entire mile, 40 laps in one workout at least once. Swimming a half mile (20 laps) is usually what I added in addition to my biking or rowing, thirdly I sauna’d & steamed which in my head made me a triathlete!
3. Sold my photographs for a profit.
4. Paid every car payment on time, with only 3 payments left in 2012!
5. Learned patience is a virtue, got it & have been more relaxed because of it. Being 46 ~ I’ve had many years of practice, patience and kindness have kept me younger looking than I am! Genetics, like patience have a way of bringing out the best in people over longevity.
6. Pulled off getting $6,000 worth of credit to save Wolfie!!!!! Because of my reputation as a successful artist, they proceeded to repair Wolfie through surgery and gave me the bill believing I’d be able to pay it! 2012 will include paying off the balance, which is something … everyday I love my kitty but $6,000 …. yes, I agreed, so I’ll pay it off this year, gee I’ll miss the several missed calls in my phone from the bill collectors I get everyday that I have named Wishes come true & Smile for positive thoughts when they call.
7. Contributed to the backstage presence as makeup artist & house-mom and filled the hearts of many women with my talent & love.
8. Went to the dentist and got my teeth cleaned!
9. Gave of my heart to a long distance love and realized thru (prolonged delay, being put on the back seat, as it felt like he had played inconsistently with my emotions, learned you can only have what people give to you with their heart, when its given, appreciate the inspiration without expecting anything in return) andstill I have integrity and believe in love, long distance or otherwise. *he said he loved me ~ and i said i love him, if only for a lil while, I felt that beautiful feeling in 2011 even though it never materialized physically, he did give me a spiritual vibe that touched me!
10. Learned conveying patience is the same as having it, act as if…
11. Got a the infamous deluxe Keurig coffee maker & broke the Starbucks habit!
